Is freedom Gender-based. The answer is an emphatic NO.But does anyone care about this? Can't a woman in this country dress as she likes, walk as she likes, speaks as she likes. What if she is a professional or a housewife or a call girl a consent from her is the need for anything and everything.
The short movie Uhide is a clear call for freedom from gender-bias. Can't a woman in this country dress as she likes, walk as she wishes, speaks as she thinks. What if she is a professional or a housewife or a callgirlothers’ consent is needed for anything and everything. This video is an attempt to include both the sexes to unlearn their stereotype views about women. A tough law alone cannot fight against the atrocities perpetrated against women. The psyche of the man is nurtured both by men and women around him. From a friend to the father, from a brother to a sister everyone should take the onus on to them and bring out the best human in every man around them. Beyond this, our self-discipline and self-regulation are the keys to tame the untamed mind. Ultimately this world belongs to both the man and woman.
